Delivery, refunds & privacy
The short, plain-English version of how we work.
Delivery
Choose your day and time slot at checkout. The delivery fee for your area is shown before you pay. Please give a working phone number and be reachable during your slot, because our rider will call on arrival. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be left with a neighbour or security if you agree, or returned without a refund.
We deliver within the areas listed on our Delivery areas page. If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Cancellations and refunds
Our food is made fresh to order, so we cannot cancel once preparation has started. You can cancel for a full refund if you message us on WhatsApp quickly after ordering and before we start preparing your box.
If something is missing, wrong or arrives damaged, message us within one hour of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it. If we cannot deliver your order for any reason on our side, you get a full refund.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
Privacy
When you order we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details. We use them only to prepare and deliver your order, send your receipt and help you if something goes wrong. We do not sell your information.
Payments are handled by Paystack. Your card or bank details go to Paystack and are never seen or stored by us. Your basket and contact details are kept in your own browser so you do not have to retype them. You can clear them by clearing your browser data.
To ask us to delete your details, message us on WhatsApp.
